Reply by dabbey on May 24, 2017 the initial programme may have been corrupted for your sound,i had a very bad browser hijacker that was multiplying and overtaking everything it even corrupted chrome settings and everything and you dont even realise that this kind of adware malware etc has been downloaded that no matter what i could not get anything to find it let alone get rid but this did it found a total of 143 infected files brought on by this hijacker and got rid of the lot had no traces since i had to reset all my chrome settings syncing etc but no other bad comebacks from it at all.
