EDIT: I have solved every problem I had with Duet running on the OS X 10.10.2 beta thanks to /u/TimTimmyTimothy_AUS. If you are experiencing problems with Duet and need to uninstall, navigate to /Library/Extensions/ and delete DuetDisplay.kext, this will uninstall the driver it install on first launch. We recommend the completely free Malwarebytes for Mac if you need to purge your Mac of crapware and even Mac malware. It’ll scan your Mac for junk applications and remove them for you. Uninstall Mac Click on the circular Duet icon in your menu bar at the top of your screen, then click the settings gear icon and select 'Uninstall Duet'. Upon first launch, Duet installs a driver in order for it to work over the cable, this driver is causing some applications to zoom in a lot without being able to ever look normal (seen and ), it is also causing every Steam game to crash on launch for some reason, therefore, I really need to uninstall everything on my computer associated with Duet. Same exact issue, and it looks like reformatting is going to be the only option. Re-installing a Mac OS combo update is impossible because it won't allow you to go 'down' - most recent published combo update is 10.10.1 (we're on 10.10.2) so thats not an option. Because the graphics driver is built-in with the OS, a reinstall becomes necessary. Mason cross. I read somewhere that you can 'Extract' the necessary files from the Yosemite installer but it is tricky and not foolproof. Good luck man let me know how it goes.
